My order has arrived damaged. What should I do?
Should your order arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement, exchange or refund.
When possible, please retain the packaging that your order arrives in. This will assist in returning the item to us at no charge.
If any item in your order has a cracked case (the clear DVD or CD case), contact us and we will ship you a replacement case at no extra charge.
I’ve changed my mind. Can I refund or exchange my purchase?
Please retain your invoice and contact us on 02 9774 8396 or email@example.com with the details of the item you wish to refund or exchange.
Purchases made online may also be exchanged or returned at your local Sanity store, provided you have the invoice as proof of purchase.
Note: Shipping charges will only be refunded in the case of a Sanity.com.au error. If you have changed your mind about your online purchase, all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
