Is Sanity closing down?

No, Sanity is not closing down. At Sanity, we have had to make the difficult decision to close our physical stores around Australia. Online purchases may still be made at our website for Movies & TV Shows on DVD, Blu-ray or 4K UHD, Music on CD or Vinyl including K-pop Albums, Funko Pop! Vinyl & Other Collectables, Books & everything else entertainment for your home. Our stores are now closed. Sanity will continue to offer our personalised service also via phone 1800 789 220.

Where can I buy Movies on DVD, Blu-ray and Music Albums now?

I'm an ELITE Member but I've never shopped online - how do I link my account?

You can create an account on our website using the email address you used to sign up to Elite. Our system will automatically match your account details together based off your email. If you are unsure of the email address you’ve used, please use our live chat or use the contact us button at the bottom of the page.

How can I pay for orders if I don't have credit card?

Here are some options to shop with us online but don't have a credit card:

Bank Deposit – Now available online. At teh payment screen you can select Bank Transfer as your payment option then follow the prompts to complete your order and payment or contact us on 1800 789 220 to create your order, send deposit to our account, once approved we will ship the order
Purchase a prepaid visa card from Australia Post/Coles/Woolworths
Create a paypal account. You can link your bank account to this
