Funko

As a retailer of Funko Pop Vinyls we ensure that we check our Funko products before they leave our warehouse to ensure they meet our company standards and that they are the correct items.

As a mass produced product, there can sometimes be variations in packaging which can include slight creases or scuffs on boxes, minor paint variations, stickers included or not included on boxes. These are all considered ‘minor imperfections’. We will not be replacing or refunding products that have ‘minor imperfections'. The products are still perfect and the main aim of the box is to get the item from us to you and to help promote sales of the product.

These products have passed Funko Quality Control and have been deemed fit for sale all over the world. If you have concerns about this please contact Funko through their website at www.funko.com to provide that feedback.

We believe that each Customer has their own view as to what is considered ‘perfect’ or ‘damaged’ and as a retailer we don’t consider ‘minor imperfections’ on  boxes as having an impact on what the product is made for.

Chase

In the event of a Chase Variant being available for an item, Sanity cannot guarantee chase variants, nor can they be specifically requested. Any Chase Variants received by Sanity.com.au will be shipped at random to customers who have ordered the corresponding item. If a chase is delivered faulty or if you have a change of mind, we cannot guarantee a replacement chase pop.

Product Status

Our supplier provides us with the below information on the status of particular products, below we have outlined these statuses to help you understand why there are sometimes delays in getting the product for you.

We advise that if you intend to order multiple pops that are out of stock we recommend you select partial shipping when placing your order in case there are items that are TBA so that you can enjoy your pops as soon as they are available.

ORDER – In most cases this stock is available to order and will be shipped from our supplier and will arrive at our warehouse within 2-5 business days

PRE-ORDER - This means that the product is available to pre order or is currently out of stock but still able to be ordered.

PRE-ORDER ‘TBA’ - There are also many items that show as TBA from our supplier which are still available to order but do not have an official re-manufacture date. We choose to take pre-orders on these as we want to try and deliver the most options. We ask that you are patient if this is one of the items you have ordered as we do not have a confirmed delivery date and these items can also be discontinued and not manufactured, in this case your order will be cancelled.

As we do not have a confirmed date of return the item will show this in the description - Currently not in stock

These items may be discontinued by the supplier after you have placed your order in which case we will cancel your order.

We understand you are as passionate about the product as we are and as the market continues to grow unfortunately more and more of these items will not be re-manufactured.
