Does Sanity have gift cards or e-vouchers?

What are the Terms and Conditions for gift cards or e-vouchers?

E-Vouchers are treated like cash.
Sanity.com.au is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced E-Vouchers.
E-Vouchers are redeemable for goods on sanity.com.au and in-store purchases. They are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts.
E-vouchers must be redeemed before expiry date shown, otherwise they will be void and cannot be redeemed after expiry date. E-vouchers are partially redeemable and do not need to be used all in the one purchase.
E-Vouchers cannot be exchanged, extended or replaced.
The value shown on e-voucher(s) includes GST.
Should sanity.com.au suspect any fraud relating to E-Voucher(s), sanity may refuse to redeem the E-Voucher until sanity.com.au is satisfied that no fraud has occurred.
Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Any unused balance on expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited.
If your purchase exceeds the available E-Voucher balance, the difference must be made with another payment method.
E-voucher balances can be checked by visiting http://www.sanity.com.au/GiftCards or calling our Support centre on (02) 9774 8396.
Sanity.com.au reserves the right to amend or alter E-Voucher terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Changes to Terms of Use will be available on Sanity.com.au.
E-voucher purchases over $100 may require an identification check. A sanity.com.au team member may contact you to confirm ID prior to mailing the e-voucher.
E-vouchers are only available in quantities of five. Bulk orders will need to be placed through the Support Centre on (02) 9774 8396.

What are Sanity Promotional Codes? I have one - how do I use it?

Sanity promotional codes are codes that can be used to receive discounts. We have a few partners who may have a promotional code - or you may be given one as part of our ELITE Loyalty program.

To redeem a promotional code, simply go to the checkout as usual. You will find at the top of the checkout page an option to add a promotional code. Enter your special code here!
