What is 'Click & Collect'?
Click & Collect lets you shop for everything you are looking for, and choose one of our 140+ store locations to collect your products from a location that’s convenient for you. When shopping online, choose Click & Collect during checkout, then choose your store.

We will always endeavour to have your order ready within 60 minutes, sometimes due to unforeseen factors this may take longer.
In some cases, your chosen store may reject your Click & Collect order.
This may be because they are unable to find the products you have ordered. If this happens we will send you a notification with further instructions of what we can do to fix this

What will I need to collect my order?
Once you've placed your order, we'll send you an email as soon as it's ready to collect. This email will have your order number. To pick up your order you'll need:
Can someone else pick up my Click & Collect order?
Yes. You can nominate someone to collect the goods on your behalf when placing your order. To collect the goods, the nominated person will need to provide the order number and a valid photo ID for themselves (current passport or drivers licence)
How can I pay for my order?

Once you have received your confirmation to collect email, make your way into your selected store and head to the counter. A Sanity team member will help you as soon as possible.
Can I change my Click & Collect order once it has been placed?
If you need to change the store you have chosen to pick up your order from contact our enquiries team on (02) 9774 8396 as soon as possible and we'll check stock availability for you. For your protection, once an order has been placed we don't allow the person nominated to collect the goods to be changed. If you wish to nominate a different collector, you'll need to cancel the original order with the updated details.
Can I cancel a Click & Collect order?
If you need to cancel your order prior to pick up, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
What if the price drops on an item I have ordered before I collect my purchase?
You'll be offered a refund when you collect your goods in store, or you can put the extra towards more items in store.
How long will you hold my order for?
We will hold your order for 4 weeks. After this time we will cancel your order and return the items to stock. The online team will provide a refund to the payment method you used to pay for your order.
What if I change my mind in store and wish to buy something different?
Please advise the team at time of pick up. They can return or exchange any items in your online order that you've changed your mind about. No cash refunds will be provided for items purchased using Afterpay or Zippay (all refunds will be processed through the respective portals).
What if I want to buy more products when I get to the store?
Feel free to browse the store for any other items you would like before you head to the counter to pick up your order. The team will process the sale for the extra products for you.
Online bonus offers?
Online bonus offers that may include signed copies, books, bonus posters etc. are not available to Click & Collect purchases. Although these offers will appear on your invoice they will not be available in store.
In some cases stores may receive products before their official release date. No click and collect orders will be released for these until the official release date has arrived.
What if an item on my order is out of stock?
If the item is not available from your preferred Click & Collect location, the online team will call you and offer one of the below solutions
