Come In Spinner More, is a collection of classic songs interpreted by two of Australia’s finest vocal stylists. Susie Ahern’s lengthy and impressive resume includes stints with John Farnham, The Little River Band and the gospel choir Adoration On The Gospel Train – as well as her own solo works. Michael Spiby came to fame as the honey toned lead singer of chart topping act The Badloves, and subsequent to that released a solo album ‘Ho’s Kitchen’. He is widely acknowledged by fans and peers like Jimmy Barnes and Paul Kelly as one of the country’s finest male vocalists.

Come In Spinner More has 13 tracks that spans the emotional spectrum - from the afore-mentioned David and Bacharach’s languorous ‘Close To You’ to the jaunty call to arms ‘Got A Lot Of Living To Do’. Ahern manifests the art of seduction on Porter’s ‘You’d Be So Nice To Come Home To’, while Spiby delivers a deft, soulful version of the string soaked ballad ‘Emily’. Susie’s rendition of ‘Here’s To Life’ is no less powerful for it’s predominantly stripped back piano and vocal arrangement.
