The May 19, 1961 Carnegie Hall concert was the only live performance both recorded as a team, and included versions of three songs from Miles Ahead, as well as an arrangement of "Spring Is Here" which never made it into any of the Miles Davis-Gil Evans studio albums. All four tracks have been added here as a bonus, as well as Miles' 1953 original quartet version of "Miles Ahead".
