Actress and writer Tempany Deckert divides her time between the United States and Australia. Author of seventeen young adult novels, Tempany continues to create exciting and zany stories for teens and young people. She also writes for stage and screen. Rachel Flynn's first book was published in 1990 and she has continued to write, mostly for children. She is probably best known for her very successful series I Hate Fridays. Rachel has also written poetry and plays for adults, as well as material for the education market. She now divides her time between writing and teaching. Rachel lives in Melbourne, Victoria. Louise Crawford is a drama graduate from Queensland University of Technology with a major in acting. Louise has a successful career on stage, film and television in Australia. She appeared in the film The Hard Word, and on television in Natalie Wood, Farscape, Beastmaster and All Saints. She hosted Scream Test and was a series regular on Breakers and Echo Point. Her theatre appearances include The Vagina Monologues, The Importance of Being Earnest, Uncle Vanya, A Midsummer Night's Dream and Caucasian Chalk Circle. Louise has also been a scriptwriter on Home and Away and Breakers. Mikaela Martin studied acting and dance before embarking on a career in the performing arts. She has appeared in various stage productions including Much Ado About Nothing and The Twelfth Night for the Railway Street Theatre Company. She has also performed in films, television commercials and the radio play Gone for Sydney radio station 2SER FM. Melissa Chambers is theatrically trained and her acting experience includes productions for Melbourne Theatre Company and Hothouse Theatre Company. She has extensive TV and radio experience, ranging from commercial voice-overs to plays.
