Jukjae Meet the impression of 'The LIGHTS' with LP!

Jukjae's 2nd regular album [The LIGHTS] is an album that contains everyday yet ideal materials such as Jukjae and his relationships, stories, and dreams under the theme of 'Things that don't change'. From delicate sensibility to experimental musicianship, Jukjae has received favorable reviews for its various charms and excellent sound, and it was released as an LP thanks to the heat at the time of its release in November 2022. In particular, [The LIGHTS] is the first LP released by Jukjae, and it is produced in limited quantities in a transparent silver color that embodies the theme of the album, 'light', increasing the value of the collection.

In addition, as this album boasts a wide genre spectrum, it provides a colorful and deep appreciation experience through LP. The title of the album is also presented as a double title song, showing different charms. One of the title songs, 'Light (Feat. Baek Ye-rin)' features Ye-rin Baek, and the combination of two emotional singer-songwriters shows strong chemistry. Another title song, 'Runaway', has an addictive guitar riff and jazzy groove that captivates the ears, while the honest and straightforward lyrics provide a strange catharsis.

Including 'SAY' and 'You and Nana (Feat. Sam Kim)', 'The Wind is Blowing' with a minimal composition and ambiguous expressions of guitar and voice, 'Because It Will Be Me' with a calm feeling ahead of a breakup. In addition to tracks that weave everyday materials with Jukjae’s unique acoustic sensibility, tracks such as ‘You’, ‘Afraid You’ll Disappear (Feat. Lee Ji-young of JSFA)’, and ‘Berklee (Interlude)’ show musical challenges and excellent performance skills. also included. In particular, 'Berklee (Interlude)' is a song that 19-year-old Jukjae received as a gift when he applied for Berklee College of Music in the United States.

'The Lights' and 'Lights On' are tracks that show off the idea of expressing one theme in two ways. As well as the charm of each track, when you listen to two tracks in succession, the atmosphere change that comes from the difference in recording method maximizes the mood of the song.
