Following on from Mortal Kombat Legends: Scorpion's Revenge which was released back in 2020. In the present day, many battles are happening on Earth, and blood is being poured thanks to Shao Kahn and his deadly armies. Shoa Kahn and Raiden go to the gods to make a deadly deal to conduct one more final round of Mortal Kombat. Raiden agrees purely to prevent further any deaths on Earth. Now, Raiden, along with his small group of warriors, will have to compete in the last round of Mortal Kombat to save the world yet again. The ultimate fighters will determine the fate of all humans and the realms among the Earth. Among the group fighting are Liu Kang, Sonya Blade, Johnny Cage, Jax Briggs and many more. Lovers of Mortal Kombat will also be excited to see many character appearances throughout this film, including Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Smoke, and so on. For those who are not aware, this is an all-new animated feature. The animation work here is highly wonderful to see. Like the popular gaming franchise, this all-new feature includes lots of bloody on-screen kills. At first, I found this a little surprising but shortly after, I reminded myself that Mortal Kombat has zero filters for blood and gore, and soon, I found myself having a fun time with the high level of over-the-top violence or gore. Overall, fans who adore anything related to Mortal Kombat will have time with this new animated feature. It is gory and violent, but mostly, it's brainless entertainment.
