PRODUCT REVIEWS

Josh Futturman (Josh Hutcherson) is a janitor who works at research lab. Josh, in the present day, feels like he has hit a bad patch in life when it comes to career choices. When Josh does not work, he enjoys playing a video game which is called Biotic Wars which many have claimed is impossible to defeat. While the game seems to be unbeatable, does not stop Josh from playing, and his determination only grows as he tries to figure out how to move forward to the final level. One night, Josh fires up the video game and gets an idea on how to beat the last and final level. Josh is successful at defeating the final and hardest level in Biotic Wars. After beating the game, two characters who appear in the videogame named Tiger and Wolf appear in Josh's bedroom. Soon Josh learns that Tiger and Wolf have in fact time travelled to his year and the video game which Josh has just defeated was a simulator. Tiger and Wolf tell Josh that the one person who can dominate the simulator is the Saviour of their future. As a plot, I found this series to be rather fun. The series is filled with many references to films and other pop culture. Being a movie lover myself, I loved these jokes, but did find the sexual gags a little too much and unnecessary. The plot is also unpredictable. Just when I thought our heroes were successful, the series manages to introduce a fun roadblock for our leads. Overall, Future Man is a blast which is filled with a crazy but wonderful, wacky plot. The comedy here is also witty and fun. The performances are also great, and the chemistry between the three leads is also positive. I cannot wait to begin Season Two as I am sure it will deliver another fun journey through time. *This review has been written for Sanity by Peter* For more reviews from Walkden Entertainment, check out the link here: www.walkdenentertainment.com
