Venezuelan born vocalist Hector Cabrera is known worldwide for his huge hit El Pajaro Chogui, the legend of which, can be traced to Cuba. The song started out as a regional hit in Venezuela but it wasn't until Hector Cabrera recorded it in Havana in the mid-1950's that the song became a huge hit, spreading to Mexico, South America, Europe and the US.
