2014 release. Singer/songwriter Mindy Smith, who penned the theme song for the national PBS Series Shelter Me, has partnered with the show to produce SONGS FOR SHELTER ME, a 11-track various artist compilation. Featuring songs about inspiration, hope, redemption, and light, the album includes previously unreleased songs from an array of independent artists including, Peter Bradley Adams, Kris Allen, Trent Dabbs, Maggie Eckford, Jenny & Tyler, Matthew Perryman Jones, Korby Lenker, SHEL, and Kate York. A portion of the proceeds will go to pay for the transport of shelter animals across North America.
