The Dominican Sisters of Mary, whose debut release topped the Billboard Classical Charts, now round out their 20th Anniversary year with a glorious new Christmas album: “Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring: Christmas with The Dominican Sisters of Mary”. Recording in the ethereal acoustic at their Motherhouse in Ann Arbor, this sublime offering will include some of the Sisters’ favourite carols which range from the fun and festive ‘Carol of the Bells’ to the sublime ‘Christmas Proclamation’ and the gorgeous signature harmonies in ‘Wake, Awake, For Night is Flying’. Also included in this special collection are their original compositions which, until now, have been heard only in their chapel each year at Christmas. Now widely available to share, the Sisters will release this recording internationally with De Montfort Music through Sony Classical.
