Southern Family—a new compilation produced and conceived by Producer of the Year Grammy-nominee Dave Cobb—will be released March 18th on Low Country Sound/Elektra Records.

In addition to White, Southern Family features an all-star line up of artists including Jason Isbell, Zac Brown, Miranda Lambert, Morgane and Chris Stapleton, Jamey Johnson, Anderson East, Holly Williams, Brent Cobb, Brandy Clark, Shooter Jennings and Rich Robinson. Recorded in Nashville throughout the fall of 2015, the album features ten original songs and two covers including Morgane Stapleton with Chris Stapleton’s rendition of You Are My Sunshine.

Comprised of songs rooted in country, blues, folk and rock, the record is inspired by the Civil War concept album White Mansions, written by British performer Paul Kennerley, produced by Glyn Johns and featuring American musicians like Waylon Jennings and Eric Clapton.
