They're once again a happy team at Hawthorn. The Hawks are premiers after winning the 2013 Toyota AFL Grand Final against Fremantle. Minor premiers with just three losses for the year, Hawthorn proved themselves as the best home and away side once again and then came through on the one day that matters. This was a brilliant team. They vanquished the so-called Kennett Curse in the Preliminary Final with an incredible win over the Geelong Cats and then backed it up a week later against Fremantle, winning their second premiership in six years and11th overall.
