On 13 February 2015, one of the most prolific entertainers of the past 3 decades, Aled Jones will release his 30th album in as many years. A true survivor of child stardom, Aled Jones returns to his Welsh folk roots with the release of his new album ‘The Heart Of It All’. Aled’s tally of 30 albums means he has released more albums than Madonna, Bon jovi (who both started the same year) and 10 more than AC/DC. Now he’s closing in on Black Sabbath’s total of 33 albums.

‘The Heart Of It All’ is a far cry from the Welsh boy chorister with the pudding bowl haircut and the voice of an angel who took Walking in the Air into the Top Five and won the hearts of the nation. The new album sees Aled right back to the Welsh folk songs he grew up with and it pays tribute to some of the biggest songs of his career and reaches into the future by pairing him with some of Britain’s most revered young folk artists.
