'Love Gun' was KISS' sixth studio recording, and the first album to feature lead vocal performances from all four original band members. It was also the last studio album with the original KISS line-up. 'Love Gun' has since gone on to sell more than four million copies worldwide.

To continue the 40th anniversary celebrations, this 1977 U.S. platinum masterpiece album is re-released on 2CD, deluxe edition! Whilst disc one contains the original album re-mastered, the second disc is made up of rare, previously unreleased Love Gun demos of "Plaster Caster", "Then She Kissed Me", "Tomorrow and Tonight" and "Much Too Soon"; as well as a 1977 interview with Gene Simmons, and three never-before-available live tracks.
