'Static’ is the 2nd album from New York duo Cults and follow up to their critically acclaimed self titled debut.

The track ‘I Can Hardly Make You Mine’  has been added to Triple J ATB and ‘High Road’ will be played this Sunday on Richard Kingsmills’ 2013 show.

The band were last in the country for Laneway Festival in 2012, which included headline sideshows.

‘I Can Hardly Make You Mine’ will appear on the soundtrack and in the film of the new movie ‘Carrie’. A remake of the 1976 classic, the film is in cinemas October.

There has been an amazing reaction from critics on the material so far, with positive reviews in Billboard, Spin, Stereogum, Pitchfork and many more.
