Suicide Swans are a five-piece Alt-Country band that create music which is focused on simple, classic song-writing in the tradition of The Band and Neil Young & Crazy Horse. These seminal touchstones are deftly tempered with the brash, melodic elements of 1960’s rock, country, sweeping harmonies and soulful folk creating the classically informed yet authentically relevant sound unique to Suicide Swans. They are a band of brothers whose music is a mixture of classically trained stylings and selftaught improvisations which is witnessed in their raucous live shows.
