Does one need to introduce the band known as Eddy Current Suppression Ring at this point in time? Perhaps not, but it should be noted that they remain one of the high points - if not THE highpoint - of Australian rock & roll in the past 5 years. 'So Many Things' is a collection of their many out-of-print singles and a few other rarities thrown in. That's 22 tracks, including versions of Aussie punk legends the Chosen Few's 'There's A Lot Of It Going Around' and The Go-Gos' 'We Got The Beat', and all of it possessing that distinctly Australian brand of Aussie garage punk ECSR has made their own.
