Seudan (pronounced 'shaytan', Gaelic for jewels or treasures) are an ensemble of Highland pipers established with one thing in mind - to play in a rhythmic, communicative and exciting way. Comprising pipers Calum MacCrimmon, Angus MacKenzie, Fin Moore and Angus Nicholson, this is the group's debut album. The music is alive and vital, communicating the whole gamut of emotions. The dance music is closely related to its natural percussive rhythms, and the piobaireachd follows the forms of the original song versions from which they originated.
