But tonight the pressure is off, as Gary and George put on their Chefs whites and takeover the cooking stations. Its time for our contestants to learn from the professionals. Gary and George plate up an amazing Warm Salad of Baby Vegetables with Carrot Puree and Potato Wafer inspired by this weeks farm challenge. Then Gary gets back to basics with his BBQ 101 lesson, offering guidance on how to cook the perfect steak.
