It's springtime at the Plaza!

Winter is over in New York City and Nanny is going on a much needed vacation with her brother. That means Eloise gets a temporary nanny - the young, hip and beautiful Nicole. Nicole shows Eloise an exciting, artsy side of New York City and they have tons of fun along the way. Unfortunately, most of the fun involves breaking Nanny's rules!
Eloise notices that Nicole and Eloise's favourite Plaza employee, Bill, are getting a little too friendly and her jealousy rears its ugly head.
